You are invited to join fellow alumni on a walking tour of the University of Pennsylvania’s Green Stormwater Infrastructure! This immersive tour will highlight nature-based solutions to urban stormwater runoff on Penn’s campus.

Green infrastructure is a cost-effective, resilient approach to managing wet weather impacts. It provides many benefits to our Penn community and it is integral to Philadelphia’s economy, environment and social equity.

Come learn more about green solutions to Penn’s water challenges and the important work of The Water Center at Penn, a trans-disciplinary applied research center focused on solving today’s urban water problems.

Important Note: This tour will adhere to the University’s on-campus COVID-19 health guidance. As the guidance is continually evolving, please refer to the website as the tour date approaches. The majority of this tour will be outdoors, with the exception of one brief elevator ride to access a rooftop deck.

The Water Center relies on donor support to fulfill its mission of addressing urban water challenges. Please consider making a donation to support The Water Center’s efforts. Penn has made it possible to direct gifts of any amount to a dedicated fund. Visit here donate.
