Water is the universal connector. It connects people, places, resources, and systems. It is essential to all living things. Water is singular in its essential value yet multifaceted in its form and purpose. In short, water touches everyone and everything.
Using this understanding of water and the role it plays in our world, a new group of enthusiastic Penn alumni has come together to form the Penn Alumni Water Forum.
These alumni work in a broad range of water related fields including public and private water and wastewater utilities, the water industry at large, government agencies, non-profit organizations, water, sanitation and hygiene (WaSH), academic institutions, climate adaptation, urban resiliency planning and water related business and technology. Anyone interested in water as an area of study, a career, or who just wants to learn more about water is encouraged to join via the Ben Connect platform.
