Alex is currently a graduate student in the Master of Environmental Studies Program at the University of Pennsylvania, concentrating in Resilience and Adaptation. He hopes to influence resilient urban development, promote regenerative food systems, and work to protect our precious water and land resources. Alex joins The Water Center at Penn to support research that investigates water system infrastructure, policy, and funding, including Philadelphia’s Green City, Clean Waters program. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
