Heather is a student in the Master of Public Administration (MPA) at the Fels Institute of Government. Her areas of interest include climate adaptation, PFAS contamination, and land policy. Heather has explored environmental issues both from a private sector and activist artist perspective and is interested in environmental public policy. She is supporting research projects on PFAS contamination at the Water Center.
